All the good we do is made possible by you. We love and value our supporters and we are only able to do the work we do because of the generosity and sacrificial giving of people like you right across the UK and Ireland. We don’t take such support for granted and are committed to spending your donations wisely, whilst still being prepared to take risks to reach out to those on the very margins of society with God’s love.
We believe that the way we raise money should model our Christian values, with integrity, accountability and honesty, born out of a genuine two-way relationship; you wouldn’t expect anything less. That’s why we are not only committed to upholding the Code of Fundraising Practice, we are committed to setting the very highest standards in fundraising. We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator whose Fundraising Promise states:
  • We will commit to the highest standards
  • We will be clear, honest and open
  • We will be respectful
  • We will be fair and reasonable
  • We will be accountable and responsible
In addition, we have published our own five-point Fundraising Pledge:
  1. We will only contact you if you are happy to hear from us. If you want to stop receiving communications from us we will respect your wishes.
  2. If you want to receive information in a different format, eg email instead of post, we will make sure that happens.
  3. We will never cold call asking for money, but we may occasionally call to say thank you!
  4. We will never hound people in the streets or on your doorstep.
  5. Sometimes mistakes happen, and if they do, we will apologise and put it right.
Church Army needs you; we can’t do our work with you. So thank you. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for praying for us. Thank you for financially supporting us. You are part of our team and we pray for you. If we can pray specifically for you please let us know.
If you wish to change your contact preferences please let us know.
